Training Program Design

  • Initial Assessment

    Initial assessment includes Functional Movement Screen (FMS), needs analysis, goal setting, and cardiovascular assessment.

  • 8 Week Exercise Program

    Individualized exercise program developed based on your assessment and needs analysis.

  • Follow Up Assessment

    Assessment of your progress and determination of future changes to your program.

1 on 1 Personal Training

  • Individual

    Individual program designed to your needs, monitored by one of our personal trainers to correct technique and maximize results.

  • Group Training

    Group training allows you to train with your friends and teammates. A more cost effective approach with less individual attention as 1 trainer monitors 2-3 clients at a time.
