The King is Not Dead: Glute Strength

Functional exercise has taken the fitness community by storm and most of you are taking part already.  Kettlebells, TRX Classes, bodyweight training, battle ropes, medicine balls; the list can go on and on.  In spite of our good intention and efforts, are we truly focusing on gaining function?
